OUR STORY
Departure Lounge grew from more than three decades of seeing the world first-hand, and learning along the way that the best trips aren't necessarily the ones that follow a formula.We've travelled independently, as a couple, with friends, with young children and as an extended family. We've planned simple escapes and bigger adventures, returned to
places we love and discovered destinations we knew almost nothing about before arriving. That experience has shaped the way we plan travel today. We know that what makes a brilliant holiday for one person can be completely wrong for another. Departure Lounge was created to offer something more considered: travel planned around the people taking it.
